Shipping policy

At PluggedByMkay, we are committed to processing and shipping orders as quickly as possible. Please review our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched the same day or the next business day after the order is placed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation notification.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped exclusively via Royal Mail. Shipping methods, delivery times, and tracking availability are determined by Royal Mail.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to Royal Mail, we are no longer responsible for the shipment.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Delays in delivery
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
  • Delivery to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Missed deliveries

Any delivery issues must be addressed directly with Royal Mail.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes provided by Royal Mail are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal service delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs or carrier disruptions
  • High-volume shipping periods

Deliveries for 9-14 Day Delivery

In some cases, delivery may take a few days longer due to circumstances outside of our control.

Refunds will not be provided for delays.

Next Day & Two Day Delivery

Orders placed for Next Day or Two Day delivery must be completed before 4:30pm in order to be processed and dispatched in time for the selected delivery service. Orders placed after 4:30pm will be processed the next business day, which may result in delayed delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

No Refunds or Replacements

In accordance with our policies, we do not offer refunds, replacements, or reshipments for orders once they have been shipped, including orders that are delayed, lost, or damaged in transit.
